TERMS OF TRADE

The BEHNOODE– Gentlemen’s Clothier on-line store is operated by www.behnoode.com.
The terms and conditions below regulate the use of the on-line store localised on web address www.behnoode.com We operate in compliance with both the Consumer Sales Act and the Act regarding Distance Contracts. In order to instigate and implement a purchase, the customer must be of legal age, namely 18 years, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. The term “customer” should be taken to mean a natural person.

ORDERS

Received orders will be acknowledged by the transmission via email of a written confirmation of order.  The order shall be binding on the part of behnoode.com as soon as the customer receives the confirmation of order. behnoode.com however maintain the right to refuse a customer purchase order. If you have made an order by mistake, you will need to contact us immediately. Minimum order value is 500 euro.
Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you and backorder it if possible. When we receive the backordered item into stock, we will ship it to you. If you do not wish to have an item placed on backorder, you are always free to contact us and cancel it.

PRICES

All prices on each product and in the checkout are shown in dollars and euros.We reserve the right to change the prices or shipping costs at any time. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process, unless in the case of obvious errors.

 

VAT AND TAX FREE NON EU ORDERS

All our product catalogue prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers within the European Union pay VAT inclusive as shown at checkout (20% of total paid amount). Customers outside of the European Union shop tax free and will therefore not be charged for VAT – 20% will be deducted when checking out your order and selecting a non EU country shipping address. Please note that the receiver is obliged to pay any import costs or local taxes that may be due when the package reaches a country of destination outside of EU.

 

PAYMENT

We accepts most major credit and debit cards through our payment provider ……… via a 100% secure encrypted connection to their payment gateway. No complete credit card details are handled by behnoode.com.The payment is reserved when the order has been completed and is charged when the package has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, 1-2 working weeks after order placement. Orders to …..will be sent by …..and all other orders are shipped by UPS or Fedex. When your order leaves us you will receive a tracking information via e-mail.

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it, and then to us as soon as possible. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us immediately.

 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you will be satisfied with your order. If at any time are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return or exchange your merchandise.
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. Returns will only be accepted to the full amount if the products are in perfect condition with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Tweed Country Sports AB will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your responsibility.
In the case of an exchange, we will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.

If behnoode.com fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then behnoode.com can not be held responsible.
